AQUALECTRA LABORATORY receives the distinction NEN-EN-ISO/ IEC 17025

Our laboratory receives a high NEN-EN-ISO/IEC 17025 distinction which
underlines the guarantee of the quality of water in Curaçao.
With great pride, our Management announces that our laboratory at Aqualectra has received a high NEN-EN-ISO/IEC 17025 distinction.
After much preparatory work and dedication, the head of our laboratory, Mrs. Nathaly Boeldak, received the pleasant notice on February 23, 2011 from the Dutch Council for Accreditation, that the laboratory of Aqualectra had been accredited in conformity with the NEN-EN-ISO/IEC 17025 standard, formerly called “Sterlab”.
The NEN-EN-ISO/IEC 17025 standard is a standard that was designed especially for laboratories. It is a very stringent standard that requires a lot of dedication, depth and extensive knowledge of the matter.
This accreditation is a seal that represents quality, trustworthiness, competence and an independent and unbiased character which guarantee the quality of our water. There are very few laboratories in the world that manage to receive a distinction of this class.
 
The Management of Aqualectra is very proud with this achievement and has always supported and believed in the acquisition of accreditation and wants to thank the whole personnel of our laboratory in particular and every employee who, one way or another, has contributed to this achievement.
